Very easy to preapare with clear steps
Ingredients

cooked rice
(preferably a day old)

diced carrots

green peas

chopped liver or chicken

chopped green beans

onion
(chopped)

tablespoons
vegetable oil

teaspoon
curry powder

seasoning
cube
Salt to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and fry the liver or chicken until browned.

Add onions, curry, and seasoning cube. Stir for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.

Add cooked rice and stir-fry until everything is well mixed and hot.
