Description

This recipe is simple, with clear steps

Ingredients
  • 2 cups ground melon seeds (egusi)
  • 1/2 cup palm oil
  • 500 assorted g meat (beef, goat meat, tripe, etc.)
  • 1 smoked fish (deboned)
  • 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
  • 2 cups chopped spinach or ugu leaves
  • 2 seasoning cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

    Heat palm oil in a pot and add the ground egusi. Fry for 5–7 minutes while stirring.

    Add meat stock and stir into a thick paste.

    Add crayfish, seasoning, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the cooked meat and fish.

    Add vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
